Congratulations on your engagement!

Here we’ll guide you through the, sometimes daunting, process of choosing and ordering wedding stationery that will give your guests the right first impression of your special day.

The process and timeframe

1 : at least 8 weeks before you need the invitations

Browse all designs including studio collections and some of the previous bespoke designs that we’ve created before to see which suits your requirements the most. Order a sample online to see the quality of the stationery and printing.

2 : get in touch at least 6 weeks before you need your stationery

If you’d like to go ahead with an order get in touch as soon as possible via the contact page, giving me as much information as you can; whether you require a studio collection design or if you require a totally bespoke design.

3 : consultation

Once you’ve made contact we can then have a chat via email, or telephone if you prefer, to discuss options, and finalise details for your wedding stationery design.

4 : quote

Once I have all the information I need I can create a quote for you based on your requirements, this is emailed to you as a pdf. Once the quote is agreed a 50% deposit should be paid before any proofing commences.

5 : design and proofing

Once you’ve paid a deposit send any wording you require on your stationery to me either in an email or as a Word document. I will then create a pdf proof of your stationery and email to you within 2-3 working days.

6 : printing and delivery

Once the final proof has been approved the stationery will be sent to print, this usually takes between 7 and 10 working days, but can be quicker if your stationery is urgent. The final payment is now due, I’ll then pack it all up and send it on it’s way, or deliver to you in person if you’re local.
